sessions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Participating Delegates are required to bring a Position Paper to the MUN Conference.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Position Papers should not exceed 2 pages and must include the following five aspects:<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">I- Heading<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Committee:<\/li>\n<li>Topic:<\/li>\n<li>Country:<\/li>\n<li>School:<\/li>\n<li>Student:<\/li>\n<li>(Flag on the right is optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">\u200bII- Background (first paragraph)<\/h5>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">A brief exposition of the antecedents of the problem and advances. Begin with description of events and history of the situation. State how and why the topic is affecting worldwide. Involving the United United Nations\u2019 actions regarding the topic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">In this paragraph delegates state the main points to be solved into the resolution. It is recommended to incorporate data and statistical information that sustains it, highlighting the position that the country has adopted in the most important cases.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">III- Foreign Policy (second paragraph)<\/h5>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">Consists of the assigned country to represent during SPISMUN. Include the country\u2019s current situation in relation to the topic, how the United Nations or any other country has collaborated, as well as actions or solutions the delegation has implemented. Facts and statistics are recommended.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">IV- Proposals (third paragraph)<\/h5>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">State\/suggest actions that best address the problem. All proposed solutions must be realistic and accessible and need to be in relation to the committee and\/or the principles of the United Nations.
